Biografía Ian is a founding member of Jackson Square Partners, serving as a portfolio manager and analyst since its inception in May 2014. He was promoted to CIO in 2023. He has been a part of the team for over a decade. Prior to founding Jackson Square, he was a portfolio manager of the Delaware Investments Focus Growth Equity team from November 2011 to April 2014. Prior to joining Delaware Investments, he was an equity research analyst with Fidelity from August 2010 to October 2011. Before that, he completed an internship as an analyst with Carlson Capital in summer 2009. Previously, he worked with HarbourVest Partners from 2005 to 2008 in its private equity group, where he analyzed and completed growth equity investments and leveraged buyouts for the firm. Ian began his career with Houlihan Lokey in 2004 as a financial analyst. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Tulane University. Ian also earned an MBA, with a concentration in management, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2010. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, reading biographies, running trails, and engaging in non-profits with an education focus.

Biografía Ken is a founding member of Jackson Square Partners and has served as a portfolio manager and analyst since its inception in May 2014. He was promoted to co-chair in 2023. He has spent more than 20 years with the team. Previously, he was a portfolio manager of the Delaware Investments Focus Growth Equity team from April 2005 to April 2014. Prior to Delaware Investments, he was a principal and portfolio manager at Transamerica Investment Management, where he managed sub-advised funds and institutional separate accounts. Before joining Transamerica in 2000, he was a portfolio manager with The Franklin Templeton Group and was a consultant in the business valuation and merger and acquisition group at KPMG Peat Marwick. He received an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Colgate University. He is also a CFA charterholder. Outside of work, Ken is an External Advisory Board member for the Center for Freedom and Western Civilization (CFWC) at Colgate and a member of the board of Councilors for USC's Center for the Political Future (CPF). He is passionate about books, libraries, cinema, and philosophy.

Biografía Rudy D. Torrijos III Vice President, Portfolio Manager Rudy D. Torrijos joined Delaware Investments in July 2005, where he serves as a portfolio manager with a focus on the technology sector for the firm’s Emerging Growth Equity team. He spent the prior two years as a technology analyst at Fiduciary Trust, where he was responsible for sector management of technology stocks for small-cap equity products. From 1997 to 2002 he worked for Neuberger Berman Growth Group, first as an analyst and then as fund manager. Torrijos worked as a technology analyst at Hellman Jordan Management for three years, and he began his career as a marketing/strategic financial planning analyst at Unocal in Los Angeles. Torrijos attended Harvard University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics/economics.

Biografía Mr. Holland is a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Strategic Fixed Income where he has worked since 1993. In addition to having primary responsibility for Strategic’s interest rate trading and strategy, Mr. Holland has primary portfolio management responsibility for a number of global and international fixed income portfolios. He has worked closely with Mr. Windheim over the last 10 years in the development of Strategic’s fundamental interest rate and currency models. Overall, he has over 15 years of trading and portfolio management experience in global macro markets. Mr. Holland holds a BA in economics from the University of Richmond and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biografía Steven G. Catricks is a senior portfolio manager for the US Small-Mid Cap Value Equity team. He assumed portfolio management responsibilities in July 2012. He joined the team in October 2010 as a senior equity analyst. He is responsible for the analysis, purchase, and sale recommendations of technology and business services securities for the firm's US Small-Mid Cap Value Equity portfolios. Prior to joining the US Small-Mid Cap Value Equity team, he was a portfolio manager for the firm's Strategic Small-Cap Value team, focusing on the technology, healthcare, and telecommunication services sectors. He joined Macquarie Investment Management (MIM) in 2001 as an equity analyst, performing research and analysis for the firm's Emerging Growth Equity team. Previously, Catricks was an equity analyst at BlackRock Financial from 1999 to 2001, where he specialized in small-capitalization growth stocks. He also worked as a systems engineer at Dow Jones/Factiva, and as a senior systems engineer at GE Aerospace/Lockheed Martin. He started his career as a systems engineer at the Naval Air Development Center, where he spent 15 years. Catricks holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and has nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Catricks is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Bassett is a member of The Fuqua School’s alumni board.
